Booking Policy
Late Cancellation or Rescheduling: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled 6 hours or less prior to the scheduled time will incur fifty percent cancellation fee of the services booked. No-Show: Clients not showing up for a booked appointment will be charged 50% of the services booked. Appointment is deemed no-show if it is late 10 minutes or more.
