Booking Policy

Late Cancellation or Rescheduling: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled 6 hours or less prior to the scheduled time will incur fifty percent cancellation fee of the services booked.

No-Show: Clients not showing up for a booked appointment will be charged 50% of the services booked. Appointment is deemed no-show if it is late 10 minutes or more.

Last-Minute Bookings:When you make a booking within 6 hours of the appointment time, our system automatically allows a 30-minute grace period from the time of booking. During this period, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment without incurring any fees. However, any changes made after this grace period will result in the standard 50% cancellation fee being applied.

Refund Policy

Please keep in mind that we do not issue refund for a rendered service. When necessary, we will offer a complimentary touch-up service within one week of original appointment date.
